General Rules
SSS Cruise/Events/Show Code of Conduct - We ask that our Members follow these rules when representing SSS at Events & Shows * Do NOT drink and drive * Do NOT take drugs and drive * Do NOT use your mobile phone whilst driving. * Glass bottles are NEVER permitted at any show, therefore please don’t bring them * You will be expected to keep areas clean so please bag up all rubbish and leave in or by the bins provided. * At shows you are representing SSS so please behave and drink responsibly. This includes invited guests. To Ensure Safer Convoys: SSS convoys will travel at all times according to the legal speed limit of the road. We will not tolerate dangerous driving that could cause accidents to others in the convoy. Please ensure that you have a contact number of someone else so if you get lost you can get in contact. We will try to keep the convoy together but if necessary it may spilt into smaller groups. We WILL ban anyone from attending future shows with SSS if we do not think you, or your guests, have not adhered to the above guidelines. Car Chat - There are 3 sub-sections to place your topics in here, when posting up please try and get it in the appropriate section Members Car Pictures - Here members can post of pictures of their cars. If they ask for opinions on their car and there is something that is not quite to your taste, can we please keep it to constructive criticism only. Off Topic Section – This is an area to talk about non-related car subjects, but it is not a place to post SPAM. If there is something you simply would like to talk about then post it in the Everyday Thread found in the Off Topic Lounge or use the chat box. Advanced-Stylers Lounge - This area of the forum is only open to Paying Members, and is not moderated. Here you can post what you like. We only ask you that you are not abusive to others or post offensive images otherwise a member of the team will step in as a last resort. Avatars & Signatures – Everyone on SSS is allowed a avatar please note that they are to be no bigger than 160 x 120 in size. Members are only allowed to post 200 Charters only; paying members are allowed picture signatures as part of their membership. Any signatures that are over these limits or contain offensive words/comments to anything club or member related will be removed Gallery – Anyone can upload to the Gallery but you are not allowed to upload explicit photos of an adult nature or any image that other members might find offensive, if violated then you will receive a warning. If the offence is repeated a ban will follow. By uploading your pictures either in the gallery or on the forum you accept that we can use the images for club promotional items, banners flyers etc. Classified Section – Adverts placed in this section can only be started by Advanced Stylers or Stylers Plus (details of Membership can be found HERE) or Club Traders. We have introduced this to trying and cut down on members who just sign up to sell and never return. Also we hope if you are paying membership, people selling items are more likely to be genuine and therefore you can be feel more confident buying from them. Street-Stylers-Southwest is in no way responsible for non receipt of any transaction that you have with a seller for goods or wanted items YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Street-Stylers-Southwest and people associated with running of the club will not get involved with transactions that went wrong for whatever reason. Threading Violence, Swearing, Racism or Bullying on the Forum/within the Club - To other members of SSS or Staff, is not tolerated. All Moderators can now impose infractions leading to bans on users if they feel that your behaviour is causing issues on the forum. If there are personal issues then we ask you to please leave it outside of the forum and Club. If you have an issue with a member then contact the Administrators who will try to assist you in solving the problem. Moderators – Moderators are here to keep the forum tidy and a friendly place to be. If you need a thread/post deleted or moved please PM a Moderator that is on-line and they will move or perform the action you want. When a Moderator locks a post it is normally for a good reason, and there will be a post with a reason to tell you why it has been locked. If you disagree with any decision made by a Moderator, then please contact them via PM to discuss the decision. If you still feel it was unfairly locked please contact a Forum Admin. Moderators have the power to delete threads that are offensive or contain adult material and their decision is final. Warning's & Bans - Moderators and Forum Admin can issue infractions to members. Infractions can be issued for the following reasons: Insulted Other Member(s) 2 points Expire 14 Days After Spamming 2 points Expire 14 Days After Inappropriate Language 1 Point Expire 14 Days after Signature Rule Violation 1 Point Expire 14 Days After If a member gets to 4 points they will automatically be banned for 7 days Infractions can be reversed by Forum Admin if they feel they were issued wrongly but their decision is final. Forum Administrators have the power to instantly ban members; the length of ban will vary according to the action that lead to it. If you are found to have created another account to get around this ban, both accounts will be banned forever. If you have purchased Membership and then get banned we will not refund any money. Forum Accounts – Anyone caught using another’s members account could lead to their own account and the other persons account being banned. Change Of Usernames – Every member gets a username when setting up an account. You will get the chance to change your username once a year. If you wish to change your username please contact Admin Leeroy – Leeroy Should always be respected at ALL times!! Complains and User Issues - If you have a complaint about another Member on the forum or Member of Staff then Club Owner and Forum Admin are your point of contact as they are here to help you out. This can be done via a PM or Via Email to admin@street-stylers-southwes.co.uk. Please note that we will do everything we can to fix an issue but our decision is final. Liability - The Staff at Street-Stylers-Southwest.co.uk will not be responsible for any of the views expressed on the site or in the forum. We are also not responsible for any repercussions resulting in following advice from the main site, personal emails and the forum. This site contains links to other sites.
